Mental Health involves our emotional, psychological and social well-being and it affects how we think, feel and act. It can determine how we handle stress, relate to others and how we make certain choices. There is still a lack of awareness and consideration surrounding mental health issues.

On completion of the 2-Day course the delegate will receive a Nationally recognised NHS Scotland Mental Health First Aid certificate.
Training At MFTG
Price includes refreshments, handbook and assessment fees. Unfortunately lunches will not be provided at this time.
Entry Requirements
None specific, however candidates require to be physically fit with good lung function and a willingness to become involved with emergencies.
Qualification - Candidates will be assessed during and at the end of the course and successful completion will result in the award of an approved "First Aid at Work" Certificate which is valid for three years.
Annual half day refresher training will be provided FREE to MFTG certificate holders.
